- Asm. Tully served as Council President in his hometown of Bergenfield before his appointment to the State Assembly in 2018.
- While in the legislature, Asm. Tully has written legislation to streamline NJ Infrastructure Bank projects, financially assist New Jersey military families, and make sure more federal grant monies to come here to New Jersey.
- Asm. Tully has also been instrumental in educating his constituents about the potential benefits to them by way of the Stay NJ property tax credit program.
