Michael Venezia

Asm. Venezia has dedicated his career to public service. Prior to his election to the Assembly, he served as Councilman for two years, then Mayor for ten years in his hometown of Bloomfield.
As a former Mayor, Asm. Venezia knows that it needs to be easier for families to find housing they can afford in the communities where they work. He supports efforts to streamline responsible development of new housing stock and creating fair access.
Asm. Venezia knows that New Jersey’s workforce is its strength. He supports strong partnerships with unions and workforce training programs, as well as expanding apprenticeships and career pathways.
