Orlando Cruz

Commissioner Cruz was born and raised in Paterson. A small business owner, he has served as the Executive Director of the Downtown Paterson Special Improvement District and President of the Paterson Chamber of Commerce.
In his role as Passaic County Board of Commissioners Budget Chair, Commissioner Cruz has helped to improve affordability, transparency, and accountability for Passaic County residents.
A husband and father of three boys, Commissioner Cruz recognizes the challenges our families face and already has a proven track record of delivering results to make life more affordable for his constituents.
