- Asw. Bagolie is a fierce advocate for her constituents, with a focus on workers’ rights. She vocally supports and fights for fair wage policies, affordable healthcare access, workplace safety measures, and the right to unionize while recognizing the power of collective bargaining.
- Prior to her election to the Assembly, Asw. Bagolie was a Livingston Township Councilwoman, serving on the Township Planning Board, the Committee for Diversity and Inclusion (LCDI), the Advisory Committee for Disabilities (LACD), Council Liaison for Senior, Youth, and Leisure Services, as well as the Emergency Planning Committee.
- Asw. Bagolie also focuses on education policy in her legislative work with a seat on the Assembly Education Committee. She is a lifelong teacher who currently serves as Principal, Superintendent, and Chief School Administrator of the East Newark School District.
